DIV局部遮罩在IE上的有关问题 _HTML/CSS

DIV局部遮罩在IE下的问题

我要实现的效果是某个遮罩遮住单个DIV,在火狐，chrome下都有很好的支持，唯独IE下不行
我这里不能指定父IDV的高度，不知道哪位高人能指点一二

引用:外面的div必须要写上高度：
XML/HTML code?1<div style="width: 100%;height:200px; position:relative;">
外层的DIV是不能添加高度的，因为是表格的数据是动态变化的，不能固定外层DIV高度

那没办法，就得用js来搞定了，高度是一定要给的。
