Android-设置PullToRefresh下拉刷新样式

注意：需要声明命名空间： xmlns:ptr = http://schemas.android.com/apk/res-auto
使用自定义属性： ptr:ptrDrawable = "@drawable/logo"
其他属性使用方法类似。
