ibeacon是苹果出的，怎么android 4.3以上也支持ibeacon？
ibeacon与蓝牙4.0是一样的东西吗？

估计是因为iBeacon技术是基于BLE（Bluetooth low energy）的 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluetooth_low_energy
而BLE是蓝牙4.0的核心Profile。所以和蓝牙4.0关系还是有的，android也能使用
