ClipData类没有MIMETYPE_TEXT_PLAIN这个属性；

而是在ClipDescription类中

所以正确的用法是：

ClipData dragData = new ClipData((CharSequence)v.getTag(),new String[] {ClipDescription.MIMETYPE_TEXT_PLAIN},item);
