问题完美解决:
按照STM32F100手册,UART有对应的复用功能管脚,例如TIM3,没有/部分/完全重映射,在定义GPIO时一定要注意,使用UART管脚可省时省力;另,在发送/接收数据时,一定要注意DE/RE高低电平!
