我在开发app的过程中间遇到了在打开C#后，拖入MapControl控件后提示没提供证书，那我就再拖入了AxlicenseControl控件，但出现了消息框，显示：
this control requires an arcgis engine developer kit license.please contact the esri to require the correct license.
找到了一个ECP 的文件 不知道怎么用呢请各位指导一下哈
