公司给了一个一卡通对接接口
WebService是一种通过HTTP协议，以web应用服务器为依托，利用XML平台做交互的方式，实现跨平台的功能。一卡通提供WebService的对接接口，支持第三方软件系统与一卡通系统实现信息获取、身份验证和支付交易等功能。
通过IIS我可以正常访问到sql2005的数据库
WebService接口描述
接口定义

功能说明
从一卡通平台获取指定卡户的库余额；
参数列表
参数名称 参数类型 传值方向 参数说明 取值范围 备注
sIDNo string 传入 对接点识别号 64字节
nIDType Integer 传入 识别号类别 1帐号、2卡号、3卡内编号、4个人编号、5第三方对接号
nEWalletNum Integer 传入 钱包号 主钱包为1， 共8个钱包
nMoney Integer 传出 卡户余额 单位：分

求设计思路。
我想到的是通过js对接读取xml元素 但不知道怎么编
求高手给个设计思路
