找不到其他解释，这个服务因为第一次装oracle时卸载不干净，第二次重装，没装上，我就是担心做到一半（一个简单的网页版B/S模拟火车售票系统），非用这个服务不可，微软事务服务器是不是和事务有关很重要啊？能用大白话讲一下它到底有什么用，有没有必要装上？

这服务没注意过，不过安装完oracle之后就有这个服务了，不行就将oracle重新安装下吧
