报ORA-01031:insufficient privileges的错误
求解

先给自己授权，其次表空间最好放在一起。

提示信息是说“权限不足”，应该当前你运行这个创建语句的用户没有创建表空间的权限，用sysdba用户登录数据库，然后执行：
grant create tablespace to user_name;
就行了

没有权限呀，用管理员用户登上数据库后，把创建表空间的权限给用户。

用户已创建。

SQL> grant connect,resource to u2;

授权成功。

表空间已创建。

先得有创建表空间的权限才行，grant create tablespace to user_name;
