PBNI的RunApplication获取CommandParm解决办法

PBNI的RunApplication获取CommandParm
最近在研究PBNI，使用示例代码RunApplication,发现虽然传入了CommandLine但是PB端用CommandParm()根本获取不了这个传入的参数，哪里不对？
代码如下，要获取szcommandline 传入的102 110，但是CommandParm()返回空。

你可以转换一下方式，将Application的Open事件中的代码挪移到一个全局函数中，然后在C++中调用这个全局函数
