服务器设置为不可访问外网，那是否可以使用phpmailer的SMTP发邮件呢？
设置了老半天总是提示Message could not be sent.Mailer Error: SMTP Connect() failed.
后面突然想到我的服务器被设置为不可访问外网，只可被外网用户访问的形式，这样是否会造成phpmailer的功能不可用呢？
