链表怎么存入数据库

链表如何存入数据库
各位大神,小弟的程序里有多个长链表,想实时保持到数据库内,当程序重启动时,从数据库恢复此链表.
但是思来想去,感觉自己设计不出来啊``该如何在链表节点操作,如何更改数据库.或者如何恢复.
求大家给点例子学习参考.
