ASP读取Webservices数据有关问题 _Web Service

ASP读取Webservices数据问题
调用外部的webservice接口，前半部分应该是调通了。显示了200 OK。
但是接下来读取数据怎么也读取不出来，按照网上的一些资料做了，也是不行。
请教下应该怎么读取这个webservice数据。

请求的是两个string

下面是soap响应示例：

另外：<WebInfoResponse xmlns="http://IP地址/infoService">中的xmlns="http://IP地址/infoService"是做什么用处的
