netbean不能平添jar文件夹

netbean不能添加jar文件夹
netbean不能库中不能添加jar文件（点击没反应），卸载netbean后，总是出现“在运行java进程时出错，could not bind shell folder to interface"，请问是什么 原因？

卸都卸不了？
重启机器，然后直接卸载，不行？
