用struts2框架写的程序 可是tomcat打开报错Error filterStart
我的web.xml配置如下

此外之前我用的是myeclipse 最近换了eclipse 发现建了一个web项目后 WEB-INF文件夹下没有classes文件夹和web.xml配置文件 应该如何解决
