求教：运行系统时 提示 数据库连接失败，请检查网络file！ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
刚把C盘给格式了，装了下PL/SQL,
Oracle10g.reg 里面参数在注册表中也有，位置也对
tnsnames.ora 在F:\aOracle\oracleinstantclient，环境变量path中也加进去了
运行程序时就提示上面说的那个了，PL/SQL 登陆时也提示这个could not resolve the connect identifier specified
求帮助怎么解决

检查数据库的服务端 监听有没有启动，如果数据库装在本机 看下 监听服务启动没有
