实现方式：
1.使用linphone_core_invite 去呼叫第一个sip客户端 等待第一个sip客户端接听 接听后变为状态streaming
2.第一个接听后，马上在 linphone_core_invite第二个，此时第一个会播放musi c。。。 第二个响铃
3.第二个接听， 接听后全部使用linphone_core_add_to_conference() 添加到会议 此时就完成三方通话。
官方解释最好不超过10方
Up to 10 calls can be merged into the conference, however depending on the CPU usage required for doing the encoding/decoding of the streams of each participants, the effective limit can be lower.
