XP系统下安装VC6,SDK，WTL，OFFICE2003以后导入OFFICE2003的类型库

而WTL用的8.0的，SDK用的VS2005自带的那个，如果我另外安装XP\2003\win7的SDK以后错误就更不相同，说是类型重定义，所以我觉得应该是office类型库的问题

重复导入了mso.dll
你可以把mso.dll导入到默认的名称空间，然后选择用exclude去掉那些word和excel从mso.dll导入的名字
